As a result of this session, participants will be able to:
- Learn to critically review recent anesthesiology literature, discuss recent advances in anesthesiology and its application to clinical practice for patient care improvement.
- Improve perioperative patient care and outcomes using a multidisciplinary approach.
- Approach consensus in perioperative patient management using evidenced-based medicine.
- Assess and discuss the management of complex patients in the perioperative setting.
