DESCRIPTION:
Improve patient care by providing evidence based evaluation and treatment and follow up of common conditions in Primary Care medicine. Influence systems-base practice to improve quality of patient care for the following: Lung Cancer, Female Urinary Incontinence, Bariatric Surgery, and hypertension.
OBJECTIVES:
As a result of this activity physicians will apply recent recommendations in addressing gaps in practice for treating patients with lung cancer, female urinary incontinence, morbid obesity, anticoagulation, and hypertension.
TARGET AUDIENCE: Primary Care/Family Medicine, OB/GYN, and Hematology/Oncology physicians.
