Orthopedic and podiatry treatment is constantly evolving and regular educational updates are essential to the maintenance of high quality up to date medical and surgical care. Complex patients and their outcomes are discussed during this case conference. Through this series, we hope orthopedic and podiatry care is improved and the participants are more proficiency regarding interpretation of radiographic studies in both the office and surgical setting.

Target Audience: Orthopedists, Podiatrists, and Radiologists.

Learning Objectives:
As a result of this activity, participants should be able to:

1. Apply the knowledge of specific diagnoses to order appropriate radiologic studies.
2. Differentiate clinically between common diagnoses and rare disorders such as cancers and metabolic syndromes.
3. Interpret MRI scans in the clinic and identify the appropriate indications for consulting with the radiologist.
