To Receive CME Credit:
In order to receive CME credit, participants must log-on to Microsoft Teams Meeting (see link above); and be present on the live teleconference.  After the webinar, you must complete the online evaluation survey (see evaluation survey link below) within 10 days of the webinar date.  The information collected will help determine needs and design of future Breast Surgery webinars. This evaluation survey should take 3-5 minutes to complete.  After 10 days, the survey link will be closed, and you will not be able to claim CME credit for attending the webinar.
