Learning Objectives: 

1. Order the correct tests for working up PH according to pretest probability of PH

2. Recognize the indications for inhaled nitric oxide testing, indications for fluid challenge when suspecting heart failure with preserved EF, indications for coronary angiogram, indications for measuring LVEDP when PCWP is high at the time of right heart catheterization

3. Refer for PTE surgery or BPA for patients with WHO group IV PH due to CTEPH

4. Prescribe appropriate drug therapy for PAH, especially in mixed etiology groups
