Desired Practice: Improving our coaching skills is a personal journey for each of us. We will be building in additional follow-up at each medical center and MOB for continued practice and reinforcement of the skills. In addition, when Physicians register in KP Learn, their manager will be notified of the class they are attending so that they can support pre and post-course. There is a follow-up with the APIC's and practice with colleagues as requested. There is reinforcement at regular leadership meetings (eg. Chief/Manager).
