Series Learning Objectives: 

As a result of attending conferences in this series, participants will be better able to ensure that:

1) dialysis is initiated in all patients with either fistula or peritoneal dialysis catheter; and

2) dialysis on hemodialysis catheter is kept to a minimum (<20% of patients on dialysis).

Target Audience: Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Nephrologists, General Surgeons.
