Desired Practice: To create health equity by hiring and developing leaders that represent our diverse membership and equipping them to learn, grow, improve, and achieve outcomes that matter most and impart those learnings to their teams.

Improving our leadership skills is a personal journey for each of us. We will be building in additional follow up at each medical center and MOB for continued practice and reinforcement of the skills. In addition, when Physicians register in KP Learn, their manager will be notified of the class they are attending so that they can support pre and post course.
