Current Situation
Currently, outpatient psychiatrists may round on hospitalized patients 16 or more units per year on weekends &
holiday. They may not be consultation/liaison psychiatry subspecialty boarded or have as much experience caring for
medically ill patients. This CME is to increase their competency with psychiatric practice with medically ill patients.

After attending the activity participants should be able to:
Practice hospital psychiatry competently to provide CL care on weekends & holidays
