Faculty:  Landis Coghlan, MD and Ji Chae, MD.  As a result of attending this presentation, participants will be better able to (1) feel confident for the workflow in handling a new diabetic patient (2) counsel patients about cardiovascular risk factors and the use of statin and aspirin (3) set up other team members in ongoing working with these patients.
