TARGET AUDIENCE:
Adult and Family Medicine Physicians, Pediatric Physicians, all other interested Physicians
SERIES OBJECTIVES:
As a result of attending the Kaiser Santa Rosa Adult Medicine, Family Medicine and Pediatrics Grand Rounds, participants will be better able to:
(1) incorporate the latest research and practice recommendations in adult medicine, family medicine, and pediatrics in a variety of clinical areas into their day to day practice;
(2) implement appropriate practice change that helps address significant gaps in practice identified by organizational clinical priorities; and
(3) fulfill mandated educational requirements in geriatrics, pain management/end-of- life care, cultural and linguistic competency.
Adult and Family Medicine: First and third Tuesdays of each month; Pediatrics: Fourth Tuesday of each month.
AWARD OF CME CREDIT
CME credit will be granted to participants who attend the conference and complete the evaluation survey.
