Target Audience
Surgeons, Oncology and Primary care providers need to be aware of the services available to offer their patients. This program will be of interest to all primary care physicians. Specialist and other interested clinicians are invited to attend within their scope of practice where applicable.

1. Provide guidance to Primary Care regarding Health Education opportunities for Breast Cancer patients.
2. Provide guidance to Primary Care regarding Support and Rehab opportunities for Breast Cancer patients.
3. Provide guidance to Primary Care regarding Social Work opportunities for Breast Cancer patients.
