Objectives:
1. By the end of the presentation, attendees will recognize 3 characteristics of physicians at elevated risk for depression and suicidality and be able to name 3 protective factors.
2. Attendees will be able to describe an approach to identifying and approaching a colleague who appears to be at risk for depression and/or suicidality.
3. Attendees will be able to name 2 approaches that are not ideal for working with a colleague who appears to be at risk for depression and/or suicidality.
