  • Recognize the prevalence, signs and symptoms of different types of gluten related disorders.
  • Identify and understand the different levels of gluten avoidance with each disorder and its nutrition therapy complexity.
  • Utilize dietitian referral process at right step of diagnosis, for dietitian consultation to provide optimal nutritional assessment, intervention, and care plan.
