The program was initiated in 2020, in June 2022 a technology enhancement was made to strengthen the program. Prior to June 2022 a workflow was made using smartphrases, post-technology enhancement a workflow was created using a SSCP navigator and smartform. This new workflow has created gaps, some are using new workflow, others are using a combination of old and new workflows leaving gaps, and some are using the old workflow leaving gaps.
