Our Obesity epidemic is worsening in Northern California and especially in the Central Valley.
Obesity is a hormonal, not a caloric imbalance.
In order to tackle Insulin Resistance Intermittent Fasting is key in reversing and really underutilized in healthcare. This talk is to present this powerful tool to all clinicians in the Central Valley and across the Region.
Desired outcome is that this powerful tool is recommended to anyone that needs to loose weight and needs to improve metabolic health. Overall only 12% of US citizens are metabolically healthy.
