Becoming an HRO through Circle Up and Peer Check-In
PICs, MGAs, APICs, Chiefs, AMGAs, PSLs, DONCPs, service line directors, physicians, managers, MAs, RNs, representatives from staff roles, and front line clinicians in the ambulatory setting
By the end of Q3 2023, participants at select NCAL ambulatory facilities and/or departments will:
- Evaluate their site’s current HRO state prior to starting the program and three months after implementing the Circle Up program.
- Implement the Circle Up and Peer Check-in program to improve performance and psychological safety objectives.
- Evaluate the results of their implementation of the Circle Up and Peer Check-in program.
