DSA 2023 | 06/8/23 Grand Round | Helping Patients Thrive with Motivational Interviewing & Lifestyle Medicine
Clinicians often prescribe solutions for patients rather than inviting patients to partner with them to come up with ideas for health behaviors that they can change to improve their health.
Patients would be more likely to choose to begin a lifestyle behavior change, such as signing up for a Lifestyle Medicine class or program, based on their conversation with their doctor.
Target Audience
All DSA Kaiser Permanente Physicians
