Emergency Physicians

Learning Objectives

After participation in this CME activity, the learner will be able to:
 

  1. Perform ultrasound exam to assess for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.
  2. Utilize ultrasound to assess for joint effusions and aid in arthrocentesis in the following joints: shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle.
  3. Utilize ultrasound to assess joint dislocation and reduction success.
