The Power of 4 course reviews the definition of the "difficult interview", helps to identify personal hot buttons and applies the Four Habits Model of communication to a difficult interview.  You will have the opportunity to work with Kaiser Permanente actors from the educational theater.  You will leave with tools to identify and effectively "handle" divergent points of view in the exam room, hospital room, and on the telephone.  Completion of the new physician communication course prior to enrolling in this class is recommended, but not required.
