NSA 11/5/19 HBS VAC Inpatient Stroke Management - Session 1
HBS Clinicians are currently following previously-established guidelines with management of anti-platelet agents and telemonitoring in stroke patients, but new research have established new guidelines. HBS clinicians will receive education and begin practicing new stroke guidelines. There are new literature and guidelines that have come out recently. Stroke is a big part of inpatient quality. With improved stroke management our Quality metrics and patient outcomes will improve.
Hospital Based Specialty physicians
1. List new updates on Stroke Practice.
2. Identify gaps in work flow process on the rapid decision and treatment of acute stroke patients
3. Identify the goals of Target Honor Phase 3.
