NSA 5/25/2023 SINGLE EVENT: PROBLEM LIST PRO (PLP) INITIAL TRAINING
This educational activity aim is to increase utilization of the problem list as the primary location for documentation. This will improve communication between primary care colleagues and specialists, thus improving coordination of care. It will also reduce the amount of chart review during office visits, thus allowing the physician to spend more face-to-face time with the patient.
Prioritize the problem list in an organized manner, document in a standardized way and create office visit notes quickly and efficiently to spend more face-to-face time with the patient.
