Physician burnout is reported in more than one out of every 2 practicing physicians and is just as prevalent in training physicians. During the pandemic it is thought to have increased more. This activity will offer practical insights into giving methods to combat it such as asking for time off, finding time for things you love, building resilience, and suggestions on how improve the work environment. This course is a more in‐depth understanding of what burnout is and finding current ways to defeat it.
