Target Audience:

TPMG Physicians and other members of the Kaiser Permanente healthcare team.

Objectives:

As a result of this activity, participants will be able to: 

  • Demonstrate an increased knowledge of the unique challenges and healthcare disparities present in undocumented communities.
  • Learn how the fourth amendment protects undocumented patients from unreasonable search and seizure in designated hospital settings.
