The goal for this activity and best practice, is to provide our  members the excellent care and improved communication skills they deserve, while keeping all of us safe as possible during this time of COVID-19 through telemedicine.

Physician Focus: All physicians

Non-physicians: all patient care providers from clinical areas

Educational Objectives: By the end of the activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Apply the Four Habits model to physician telemedicine appointments. 
  2. Incorporate empathy into their telemedicine appointments.
    practice one self-care tool provided during the program.
  3. Practice self-care tools, in order to improve patient care.
