Learning Objectives
- Recognize the role that Plant Forward eating can have in our own health, as well as the health of our patient's health in terms of preventing, treating, and reversing chronic disease.
- Acquire simple cooking techniques that allows you to prepare simple plant forward meals as well as some meal prep tips for yourselves.
- Develop basic knife skills.
- Recognize tofu as an example of a plant-based protein and learn how to prepare it.
- Discover a recipe that can be prepared as a family, including children.
