Cultural and Linguistic Competency/ Implicit Bias:
Disparities: Physicians will be advised of increased prevalence in older women of compression factors so they are aware to consider this diagnosis.
Implicit Biases: Historical disparities in care will be reviewed, and recommendation for more equal application of conservative management as advised as intervention has not been shown to be more effective for treatment of compression fractures.
