As a result of attending this session, attendees will be able to:
- Discuss current KP NCAL masking and social distancing guidelines including their relationship to local COVID case rates.
- Provide accurate information to their patients regarding current pre-op / pre-procedure testing indications and protocols.
- List the different therapies utilized for COVID outpatient and inpatient care.
- Describe the indications for the different therapies utilized for COVID outpatient and inpatient care.
- Locate and utilize the latest KP NCAL COVID patient clinical guidelines, treatment algorithms, clinical testing protocols, infection prevention protocols, and updated clinical tools on the KP NCAL COVID Clinical Library.
- Describe the impact of healthcare disparities and implicit bias on medical care relative to COVID.
