There are some physicians who have room for growth with their communication skills, either based on their MPS scores, or based on concerns with their interpersonal skills, regardless of their MPS scores.
Desired Practice
Our goal would be improved MPS scores compared to past quarters as well is positive changes in their interpersonal skills in general
Target Audience: Small groups of physicians referred by their chiefs or self-referred from a variety of specialties. Two communication consultants per group.

By the end of the activity participants should be able to- This follow-up is meant to help solidify skills obtained from the prior sessions. In doing so, we aim to entrench positive and effective communication tools for the providers.
