Managing expectations with the refractive outcomes of cataract surgery

Naveen Chandra, Shannon McCabe

Our monthly CME meetings are our only formal way to enhance the fund of knowledge of our ophthalmologists through discussions.  We have a wealth of knowledge and experience.  These meetings provide an organized platform to share and educate our colleagues.

Each patient will get appropriate, evidence-based care and if necessary is referred to the appropriate specialist within our department.
