Objectives:

1) Describe the physiologic effects of the human stress response and its origins in our evolution.
2) Recognize the benefits of oxytocin as a stress management tool and identify strategies for building oxytocin at work with patients and coworkers.
3) Distinguish the beneficial from the potentially harmful effects of dopamine.
