Session Objective:

  1. Develop iSMART (Important, Specific, Measurable, Accountable, Realistic, Time-limited) goals in partnership with residents and students to improve their learning.
  2. Describe the four phases of Master Adaptive Learning (Planning, Learning, Assessing, and Adjusting) and apply them to real-life teaching scenarios.
  3. Utilize Individual Learning Plans (Growth Development Plans) to help residents and students become Master Adaptive Learners.

Do you struggle to develop significant and practical content for your learners at the point of care?
What principles to you use in approaching a learner?
Have you ever wondered how effective your teaching is?
We will go through the process of developing and utilizing Master Adaptive Learning and Individual Learning Plans to
