  1. Participants will use techniques like AKS-TELL- ASK when discussing the prognosis or serious diagnosis with the patient.
  2. Participants will explore patient's values when discussing the code status.

Content:

- Physicians will identify techniques, words, phrases they can use, when sharing bad prognosis.
- Discuss code status with the exploration of patient's values.
