LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1. Implement evidence based recommendations in practice, vetting current research for adoption within KP practice.
2. Effectively collaborate with Neonatologists across facilities and Statewide, based on shared goals and best practices.
3. Decrease practice variations assessed by CPQCC/VON and DOR and increase compliance with external regulators.
4. Reduce and provide early identification of nosocomial infections in NICUs, utilizing recommended tools (e.g., Early-Onset Sepsis (EOS) risk assessment calculator).
