Adult and Family Medicine Physicians in their second year of TPMG practice.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

SERIES OBJECTIVES:
  1. Identify areas of clinical/procedural deficiency and provide education and best practice guidelines in order to improve patient care outcomes.
  2. Improve collaboration between primary care physicians and sub specialty care physicians in order to improve the evaluation of illness/disease and provide seamless care for the patient.
  3. Improve quality of care outcomes for our patients.
