Overall objectives for this series:
1. Recognize their own communication background, biases and style.
2. Adopt the practice of “creating listening” in their communication.
3. Practice the tools offered in the course, which are organized around 3 key themes: Respect, Awareness and Purpose, in their communications with patients and other healthcare team members.
4. Create a commitment plan for implementing the Let's RAP tools, including how, when and where they will do it.
AWARD OF CME CREDIT:
CME credit will be granted to participants who attend the conference and complete the evaluation survey.
