2) Develop more standardized management strategies for specific neonatal surgical problems.
3) Analyze cases to determine potential improvements for clinical care.
4) Consider culture, language and health literacy in all patient - provider communications

CME credit will be granted to participants who attend the conference and complete the evaluation survey.
