SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:  

As a result of this CME activity, participants should be better able to:

-Understanding reliability of allergy tests (ie. food, drugs)
-Understanding effectiveness of Allergy Immunotherapy (environmental, venom)
-Review primary care management pearls for diagnosis and management of food allergy, Hymenoptera sting reactions, urticarial/angioedema, drug allergy
-Review APC Smart Phrases
-Determine best strategies for managing quality every time when we provide care in primary care.
-Appropriately recommend statin therapy for primary prevention.
-Appropriately recommend Aspirin therapy for primary prevention.
SERIES OBJECTIVES:

1) Identify areas of clinical/procedural deficiency and provide education and best practice guidelines in order to improve patient care outcomes.
2) Improve collaboration between primary care physicians and sub specialty care physicians in order to improve the evaluation of illness/disease and provide seamless care for the patient.
3) Improve quality of care outcomes for our patients.
