- Integrate cultural competency into the discussions that will assist in integrating the attitudes, evidence-based treatment recommendations and skills that enables a health care professional to care effectively for patients from diverse cultures, groups and communities.
- Transfer the evidence-based treatment recommendations of individual practitioners through collaboration of case management.
- Align with regional KPHC Initiatives and Comprehensive Stroke Center.
