Educational Objectives: at the end of this series, participants will be able to:

1. Efficiently utilize the opioid dashboard in KP HealthConntect.
2. Review the patient chart and understand the opioid workflow in ensuring patients have a taper in place. 
3. Discuss about woman, Hispanics and Black Americans being at increased risk of not having pain adequately controlled.

Session Objectives:  at the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Discuss how to effectively administer Naloxone (Narcan).
  2. Discuss good faith taper.
  3. Discuss opioid risk factors.
  4. Apply the workflow for Opioid & Benzodiazepine refill taper.
