Objectives: 

  1.  Participants will be able to review diagnostic imaging studies  of recent patients with intial presentation flaccid paralysis   
  2.  Participants will be able to identify clinical changes in physical examination and imaging that warrant urgent intervention (rationale for current therapies IVIG, steroids)
  3.  Cases will be reviewed have significance both in anatomical (imaging) knowledge and Clinical assessment and intervention. Participants will improve this acumen.
