1) Recognize critical clinical features of the topic and apply best practice to patient care.
2) Establish uniformity in practice in providing patient care without sacrificing each physician's integrity/practice style.
3) Meet criteria for HEDIS/QA measures.
4) Consider culture, language and health literacy in all patient - provider communications.
